Taking A Break From Last Minute Packing!
Hey everyone who cares to read this! :)
I’m not sure that I will be able to blog much or at all on this trip, so I thought I would just take a break from packing (yes I’m still in the process of packing!) and write a quick little note before we head off! I came into the Bible and Israel program as a last minute spontaneous decision, not really knowing what to expect. Now that I’m here and about three quarters of the way done with the program, I can’t imagine being anywhere else at this point in my life. This program truly is something special and I’m so blessed to be a part of it this year! As I’m packing last minute things in my suitcase I’m really starting to think about how I will react to first stepping onto The Land and experiencing the whole trip. I expect some tears, overwhelming joy, and just a quiet soaking-in of everything that I will experience. This is going to be life-changing and I hope whoever is interested in keeping up with this blog, enjoys this trip with us as we go on the journey!
