Eretz Yisrael

Hello BI family! I'm so glad you all made it there safely :) What was it like when you took your first steps on the Holy Land? Can you even describe the feeling?

I'm looking forward to reading more (and hearing more, when you get back) about how God made an impact on you during this trip!

Much Love,

When I took my first steps onto the Holy Land I was kind of in shock, and I was really excited at the same time. I couldn’t believe I was ACTUALLY here!! I thought that it really hit hard while we were on the plane. Jenny and I were sitting in front of the Hardesty’s by the window, and Mr. Hardesty showed us the hook marking the Carmel Mountain range. Then it really hit harder when we were riding on the bus for the first time and I thought to myself in a very serious manner, “Israel really is real.” I actually wanted to cry. It was absolutely overwhelming! I could NOT believe it, yet, it was all around me and I couldn’t help BUT believe it!! It was the greatest feeling and thought process I have ever experienced!
