First Impressions
It’s not easy to describe the feeling you get when you land in Israel. Traveling from Ben Gurion Airport to Netanya consisted of seeing the land, and imagining its history. Though it was more remeniscent of Silicone Valley than Biblical Israel, the History is there and easy to imagine. After settling into the hotel we were all so excited to explore the night life of the city, and an attempt to fade into the story that is Israel. With open court resturaunts, street vendors, and people abounding I knew, as Professor Hardesty puts it, “This isn’t Kansas Dorothy”.
